UK Delivery Only
We currently do not accept non-UK delivery orders.
Ordering and Eligibility
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refund an order where we identify suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, stock availability issues, delivery restrictions, or other reasonable operational concerns.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation after payment has been successfully authorised or captured.
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.
We do not currently accept orders for delivery outside the UK. If an order is placed with a non-UK delivery address, we may cancel and refund the order.
Complimentary 1ml Sample
Where available, eligible orders may include one complimentary 1ml sample of the same fragrance purchased. This sample is provided so that you can test the fragrance before opening the full-size retail packaging. The sample is supplied free of charge, has no cash value, and is non-returnable.
If you wish to return the full-size product because you have changed your mind, the full-size product must remain unopened, unused, and with all original seals, wrapping, and packaging intact.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or otherwise does not meet your legal rights as a consumer.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
For most online purchases, you have 14 days from the day after delivery to tell us that you wish to cancel your order. After telling us that you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the goods to us.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed retail packaging, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept returns of sealed fragrance, cosmetic, or personal-care products once they have been opened, unsealed, sprayed, used, or tampered with, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and your statutory consumer rights.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photos.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or another remedy in line with UK consumer law.
Product Information and Variations
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizes, prices, and availability information are accurate.
However, packaging, bottle presentation, batch details, reformulations, and outer-box designs may vary from time to time due to manufacturer updates. These variations do not affect your statutory rights.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If goods are faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality, or not fit for purpose, your statutory rights remain fully in force.
