Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.

We do not currently accept orders for delivery outside the UK. If an order is placed with a delivery address outside the UK, we may cancel and refund the order.

Delivery Charges

Standard UK delivery costs £4.45 for orders below £50.

Free standard UK delivery is automatically applied to eligible orders of £50 or more.

Delivery charges, thresholds, and available delivery services may change from time to time. The available options and costs will be shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.

Processing and Dispatch

Orders are prepared Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day.

Orders placed after 2:00pm, during busy periods, on weekends, or on bank holidays may be processed or dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods, bank holidays, weather disruption, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking and Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you tracking information where available.

Please allow time for tracking details to update after the parcel has been handed to the courier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed after an order has been placed or dispatched.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may be unable to refund or replace the order unless the parcel is returned to us.

Delays, Missing Parcels and Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where relevant, supporting photos.

We will investigate the issue with the courier and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Reporting issues promptly helps us investigate with the courier, but this does not affect your statutory rights.

Complimentary 1ml Samples

Where available, eligible orders may include one complimentary 1ml sample of the same fragrance purchased.

The sample is provided so you can test the scent before opening the sealed full-size retail product.

Complimentary samples are free of charge, have no cash value, and are non-returnable.

Returns, Delivery Costs and Refund Method

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage unless we state otherwise.

If you cancel an eligible online order within the legal cancellation period, we will refund the product price and the standard delivery charge where required by law.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we only refund up to the cost of our standard delivery service.

Refunds are normally made to the original payment method used for the order.

If you prefer, you may choose to receive your refund as Marabusu store credit instead of a card/payment refund. Store credit is optional and will only be issued where you clearly request or agree to it. Store credit has no cash value and can only be used towards future purchases on our website.

Choosing store credit does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items are handled separately in line with your statutory rights.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed or dispatched.
